Valencia CF has officially confirmed the arrival of Moroccan international Selim Amallah, who has joined the team on a season-long loan with a purchase option, coming from Real Valladolid.
A player of Real Valladolid, Selim Amallah will be competing for Valencia this season. The Moroccan attacking midfielder has been loaned to Valencia CF until the end of the season, with a purchase option included. The announcement was made by the Spanish club on Tuesday through a statement on their Twitter account. “Valencia CF and Real Valladolid have reached an agreement for the arrival of Selim Amallah. The Moroccan international midfielder is on loan until June 30, 2024, and Valencia CF will have a purchase option at the end of the loan,” the statement read.
Selim Amallah is a valuable asset for the team led by Rubén Baraja due to his versatility in the midfield. “He demonstrates the ability to occupy different positions in the midfield as well as in the offensive area of the team,” the current 6th-placed team in La Liga explained on their official website.
Despite having spent only seven months at Valladolid, where he arrived at the end of January from Standard Liège, the player originally from Hautrage, Belgium, quickly headed to the eastern part of Spain. During his time with Pucelanos, he played in 8 matches, scoring 2 goals and providing 1 assist.
