This time, it’s Carlos Borges, a highly promising gem from the Sky Blues, who is heading abroad.
The Portuguese left-winger, who had attracted the attention of West Ham, chose to sign with Ajax Amsterdam for the next five seasons, securing his future until 2028. This operation earned 20 million euros for the Sky Blues, according to Sport. Manchester City took precautions when signing this contract, including a buy-back clause in the agreement.
