Ulrich Quenum will not be leaving Togo after all. After four seasons at AS Gbohloe-su, with a loan spell at US Cavaliers in Benin, the 26-year-old midfielder will continue his career in the Togolese league. He has signed with ASKO de Kara in the top division. In search of reinforcements for their upcoming Champions League campaign, the Togolese club has secured the services of the Beninese player, who is looking for a new project to rejuvenate his career.
Recognized as a creative and highly talented player with strong technical abilities, Ulrich Quenum has been playing with AS Gbohloe-su in the Togolese top division since 2019. He was trained at Cifas and made a name for himself with the Beninese U17 and U20 national teams before moving abroad. He was also part of the first generation of promising Beninese players on trial at Botafogo in Brazil in 2012-2013, where he served as the team captain.
