The Ministry of Territorial Administration, Decentralization, and Territorial Development announced on Friday the establishment of a dedicated platform for the online creation and registration of civil associations.
In Togo, it is now possible to register your association online. The news was announced by the Minister of Territorial Administration, Decentralization, and Territorial Development in a public statement.
This revolutionary new service allows anyone to initiate the first phase of the process of declaring a civil association by visiting the online platform through the URL “https://service-public.gouv.tg“. Once on the page, you simply need to navigate to the section “Enterprises/Associations/Professions libérales” and then follow the necessary steps.
This initial phase involves various key steps, including electronically filling out the required forms and making online payment of the administrative fees related to the dossier review. Once this electronic step is completed, the second phase begins: the physical submission of the declaration dossier, previously approved online, at the ministry’s offices.
The official statement issued by the Ministry of Territorial Administration, Decentralization, and Territorial Development specifies that this two-phase process ensures efficiency and legality. The online system simplifies the beginning of the procedure, offering a practical and speedy option for citizens wishing to create an association. The prior online validation of the dossier aims to prevent errors and omissions, which helps expedite the subsequent processing.
