The selection of future students will proceed in two distinct phases. The first phase, the preselection, will be based on the candidates’ performance in mathematics, physical sciences, French, and English during their fourth and third years of study, as well as their performance in the BEPC exam. This meticulous phase aims to ensure the selection of the best emerging scientific minds.

The second phase, the written exams, will constitute the ultimate selection phase. Candidates will face two demanding written exams: one in mathematics and the other in physical sciences. These exams will test the candidates’ conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking, reflecting the academic rigor expected in these renowned scientific high schools.

For interested candidates, application documents will be received at the regional education directorates in Lomé, Tsévié, Kpalimé, Atakpamé, Sokodé, Kara, and Dapaong from Monday, August 21, to Wednesday, August 30, 2023, until 5:00 PM. The examination date is set for Tuesday, September 12, 2023, and it will be conducted at various strategic locations across the country, namely: Lomé at the Tokoin high school, Tsévié at the Tsévié high school, Kpalimé at the Kpodzi high school, Atakpamé at the Atakpamé high school, Sokodé at the Sokodé high school, Kara at the Kara I high school, and Dapaong at the Nassablé high school.
