Five months after the birth of her daughter, Beninese singer Sessimè has revealed the name of her princess to her community of fans. She did so through a post on her Facebook page.
The diva of Beninese music, Christelle Bidossessi Guedou, known more commonly as Sessimè, experienced the joy of becoming a mother in July 2023.
A few months after the arrival of the beautiful princess, Sessimè finally revealed her name. She posted a photo of herself and her daughter on her Facebook page on Sunday, December 17, 2023. In the caption of the photo, the singer of “Tatouage” revealed that her daughter is named Athara, which means “Crown”. “I will never be the barren woman that the world talked about. My God has shown Himself to me and I have become Mother Athara. He has placed a crown of glory on my head for life and I hope to live up to this new role until the end,” read her post.
She continued by praying for all the women who are waiting for this grace. “My precious lights, so dear to me, in search of your little one, be strengthened in faith. God’s plan always comes to fruition in His time, and you too will receive your crowns of glory,” Sessimè wrote.
Internet users did not hesitate to congratulate the singer through their comments.
