In remarks reported by Footmercato on Thursday evening, the new gem of Real Madrid, Jude Bellingham, spoke about his debut with the Madrid club.
This summer, Jude Bellingham was recruited by Real Madrid for a hefty sum (€103 million) from Borussia Dortmund. The English international wasted no time in showcasing his talent. Playing as a number 10 behind players like Vinicius Jr and Rodrygo, the 18-year-old prodigy impressed during his team’s friendly matches against AC Milan and Manchester United. Despite his excellent start, the former BVB player remains level-headed and avoids getting carried away by the excitement.
“I really enjoy being with everyone and playing. I feel comfortable in the team. It’s great to start with two victories, and yes, I am very happy. As I have said before, I think Real Madrid is the greatest team in the world. It’s the best club, the best players, the best people to learn from. I am here, and I am very happy with my debut, but I’m not getting carried away,” says the new star of the Casa Blanca.
He adds, “I know that the biggest challenges lie ahead in the upcoming season, but yes, I’m getting into the rhythm, and I enjoy playing with my teammates. I’m already there. So far, everything is going well. Spanish is difficult. I’m trying, and it’s improving little by little. I have many good teachers in the team, so it will come soon.” Jude Bellingham is expected to become a reference in his position in a few years, and he is already on the right track.
