The death of Professor Paulin J. Hountondji quickly circulated on social media on February 2, 2024. After a mourning period of just over four weeks, the funeral ceremony has been scheduled.
According to Bip Radio, the final farewell to the deceased is planned for Saturday, March 2, 2024. “A family source informed Bip Radio that the Philosophy Professor will be taken to his final resting place on Saturday, March 2, 2024. The distinguished deceased will be buried in Porto Novo after a funeral service in Cotonou,” the station reported.
