Le PSG announced on Tuesday the termination of contracts of Moutanabi Bodiang and Kenny Nagera. Both players are now free to sign with the club of their choice.
The first player was loaned out last season to Puy Foot 43 Auvergne in the National league, while the second player finished his loan spell with Lorient’s reserve team. Now, these two young talents, a 20-year-old right-back and a 21-year-old forward, are available without a contract and can freely choose their next sporting destination.
“Arriving at the Paris Saint-Germain Training Center in 2017, Moutanabi Bodiang started at Paris FC in 2010. The native of the capital city then progressed through the U17 and U19 national teams before signing his first professional contract in July 2021. Last season, the right-back was loaned to Puy Foot 43 Auvergne.
Born in Argenteuil (Val-d’Oise), Kenny Nagera took his first steps in football at the Épinay-sur-Seine Football Academy (Seine-Saint-Denis). He joined the Club’s Pre-Formation Center in 2015 and then the Training Center. The forward signed his first professional contract in June 2020 and made his first Ligue 1 appearance in April 2021, in a victory for the Rouge et Bleu against Strasbourg.“, PSG added in a statement.
As a reminder, the summer transfer window closed on Friday evening in France. PSG managed to offload some unwanted players such as Georginio Wijnaldum and Neymar. Other players whose contracts expired also left the club. This was the case for Lionel Messi and Sergio Ramos.
