In a recent interview with Ivorian blogger Stoni, the famous Togolese model Maria Mobil opened up candidly about the ordeal she went through after undergoing a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).
Maria Mobil once again showcased her honesty, a characteristic that has become familiar to her. During a TikTok live session, the girl known as Jolie Amina shared the traumatic experience she went through after undergoing a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedure. When asked about the reasons for her first BBL, Maria didn’t hold back.
The former fiancée of Jonathan Morrison explained that the BBL was performed by a doctor who wanted to promote their clinic. She agreed to the procedure mainly for promotional reasons, influenced by the trend observed among some American celebrities. However, she emphasized that the non-payment of medical fees was a determining factor in her decision. Little did she know that this practice would lead her to a true ordeal later on.
Indeed, Maria Mobil’s experience with the BBL took a dramatic turn with serious health complications. She explained that the procedure involved removing fat from her belly to transfer it to her buttocks. However, compatibility issues led to allergic reactions and painful wounds. Her body rejected her own fat, resulting in the appearance of allergy bumps and wounds.
Faced with these alarming complications, Maria Mobil had to seek emergency medical care to address the problems caused by the procedure. “We went to the emergency room. And the doctors said that if it continues like this, they will remove the part that reacts badly. I said they should remove it. It wasn’t the surgeons who did it, they were general practitioners. They removed it with antibiotics. If you’ve noticed, next to my (right) buttock, there’s a mark,” she said.
Maria Mobil’s story serves as a poignant warning, highlighting the serious risks that can accompany cosmetic surgery procedures, even when they initially seem harmless.
