The autographed jersey gifted to Ivorian singer Kerozen by Cristiano Ronaldo was stolen on live video from the artist at the beginning of the past weekend.
Kerozen probably didn’t see it coming. The artist had his jersey, which was dedicated to him by Cristiano Ronaldo, stolen. The precious item was stolen on Friday, July 28, 2023, in Congo while he was participating in a live caravan as part of a concert for which he was invited.
The theft occurred when Kerozen was surrounded by a massive Congolese crowd to whom he wanted to present Cristiano Ronaldo’s gift. Being deeply moved by the warm welcome, the artist wanted to show the jersey to his Congolese fans. However, in a moment of distraction, an overexcited fan emerged from nowhere, snatched the bag containing the jersey from his hands, and fled.
The incident was broadcast live on his Facebook page. Fortunately, the thief was later found. “The young one is a fan who wanted to show the jersey to his whole neighborhood. He’s not a thief… The jersey is safe, thanks to CFM security! See you tomorrow at Canal Olympia for my LIVE show,” reassured Kerozen.
