Renowned Ivorian TV host and actress, Kadhy Touré, has just won another award with her film “Marabout Chéri” at the Nuit Ivoirienne du Septième Art et de l’Audiovisuel (Nisa).
The 2023 edition of the prestigious film award ceremony, known as the “Nuit Ivoirienne du Septième Art et de l’Audiovisuel (Nisa),” organized by the Conference of Audiovisual Producers of Côte d’Ivoire, took place on Saturday, November 18, 2023. During this event, actress and TV host Kadhy Touré, whose real name is Kadidjata Touré, won the coveted Nisa d’Or 2023 award with her film “Marabout Chéri,” which was co-directed with Luis Marquès.
It is worth noting that the team behind “Marabout Chéri” also won four other awards, namely:
- Best Feature Film
- Best Actress (Kadhy Touré)
- Best Director for a Feature Film (Kadhy Touré and Luis Marquès)
- Best Cinematography (Abdul Aziz Diallo).
This film, released earlier in 2023, has enjoyed unprecedented success in cinemas across several African countries.
