The lifeless body of a 26-year-old man was discovered on the river in the Chrétienville neighborhood of Dimbokro on Monday, August 21, 2023.
According to the platform of the National Civil Protection Office, a team of aquatic rescuers and civilian firefighters from the N’Zi Emergency Rescue Center (CSU) retrieved the lifeless body of the man from the N’Zi River after two days of intensive searching.
To carry out the assessment, law enforcement, gendarmerie personnel, and a forensic doctor from the Dimbokro Regional Hospital were present at the scene. It should be noted that the 26-year-old man died after accidentally falling from a canoe while returning to the field.
