Ivorian rapper Didi B has won the PRIMUD d’Or 2023. It happened during the awards ceremony on Sunday, November 19, 2023, at the Sofitel Hotel Ivoire’s Palais des Congrès in Cocody.
The prestigious ceremony of the 2023 edition of the International Urban Music and Couper Décaler Awards (PRIMUD) took place on Sunday, November 19, 2023, at the Palais des Congrès of the Sofitel Ivoire in Cocody. The Palme d’Or 2023 was received by the former member of the Rap group, Kiff No Beat.
Kiff No Beat expresses his gratitude
Very happy with his award, Kiff No Beat dedicated it to his Rap group friends and the Ivorian youth. “This year, the youth fought to offer quality. Thank you to Molare for organizing this Primud. This trophy is not just for me. It’s for my entire team. I dedicate it to all the youth, and especially to the Kiff No Beat group. That’s where it all started. I also thank everyone who supported us back then. This is our first victory, it’s the victory of Ivorian rap,” he said.
It’s worth noting that Diba Diallo, Didi B’s manager, was also crowned best manager during the PRIMUD ceremony, as well as Tamsir, his arranger who triumphed. He didn’t forget to thank Le Molare for the perfect organization of the 8th edition of this award ceremony.
