A video of Jordan Ayew’s son, Razzan Ayew, showcasing his dribbling talents has led to comparisons with Lionel Messi.

Razzan, nicknamed Picco, participated in an exhibition match involving his uncle, André Ayew, and other players at Nania Park. In a short video that has gone viral on social media, the nine-year-old player is seen receiving the ball before dribbling and making a pass.

There is no doubt that the future Black Star wants to follow in the footsteps of his father, Jordan, who currently plays for the Premier League team Crystal Palace. The Ayew family has produced different generations of footballers who have brought joy to the Ghanaian national team.

Abedi Ayew ‘Pelé’ was a national treasure in the 1980s and 1990s and was part of the team that won Ghana’s last African Cup of Nations (CAN) title. He was also named African Footballer of the Year three times and won the UEFA Champions League with Olympique de Marseille.

Abedi’s brother, Kwame Ayew, was also a member of the Ghanaian national team in the 2000s and participated in the CAN. Three of Abedi’s children, Rahim, Jordan, and Andre, have also played for the national team, with the latter currently serving as the captain of the Black Stars.
