The new Ambassador of Turkey to Togo, Muteber Kiliç, presented her letters of credence to the President of Togo, Faure Gnassingbé, during an official meeting this Tuesday.
Muteber Kiliç is the new Ambassador of Turkey to Togo. During her meeting with the head of state on Tuesday, the ambassador expressed her commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation between Turkey and Togo. She stated, “Turkey and Africa have been developing relations in various fields in recent years, and Togo, of course, holds a special place in these relations. The balance is positive, but we can do more. In this regard, we discussed strengthening bilateral cooperation, and I am ready to do everything necessary to develop our relations with Togo.”
With a background in law, Muteber Kiliç has extensive international experience gained from her previous postings at the Turkish Embassy in Kuwait, Brussels, Moscow, Kazakhstan, and Tbilisi. Her arrival in Togo marks a significant step in the relations between the two countries.
