Popular Nollywood actor, Chinedu Ikedieze, has revealed that he was on the verge of committing suicide after a doctor diagnosed him with a growth disorder.
He disclosed that due to his low self-esteem, he had even considered jumping off a bridge at one point. In an interview, he stated that he met his colleague, Osita Iheme, and they were both determined to work together as film partners, and due to their size, people looked at them in an unusual way.
In his statement during the interview, he said, “I almost committed suicide when a doctor told my mother that I had a growth disorder. I even thought of ending it all by jumping off the third mainland bridge. When I met my partner, Osita, people looked at us in the usual way due to our size, but we had the determination to succeed together in Nollywood, and everything worked out for us.”
