Lady Ponce recently expressed her dissatisfaction with a Cameroonian company following a concert organized by them. Indirectly feeling targeted, Fally Ipupa has responded.
The Cameroonian state-owned company Cameroon Telecommunication (Camtel) is organizing a grand concert on December 30, 2023, at the Réunification Bepanda Stadium in Douala as part of a product launch. For this major event, Camtel has chosen the renowned Congolese singer Fally Ipupa.
Not appreciating this move by Camtel, Cameroonian singer Lady Ponce did not hesitate to voice her objections through Facebook posts.
Feeling indirectly targeted by Lady Ponce’s statements, Dicap La Merveil responded to the singer through a video posted online. “I am offering an opportunity to the great Cameroonian artist Lady Ponce through this video. Today, the world is united and global citizens can respond to requests and fulfill communities based on their skills,” he reacted.
Fally Ipupa’s team also took the opportunity to invite Lady Ponce to share the stage with Dicap La Merveil in Kinshasa for the closing of the 10-year celebration of the foundation at the Stade des Martyrs.
