To best prepare for the new season, the Executive Committee of the Beninese Boxing Federation has decided to organize a warm-up tournament for boxing clubs. This preliminary competition will offer boxers of different age and weight categories the opportunity to train and prepare for the upcoming sporting adventure.
The national tournament is open to all participants who wish to take part, and they have until August 11, 2023, to register and prepare for this exciting competition.
The last national amateur boxing championship, held in March of this year (2023), was won by the team from L’Atlantique/Littoral, who brilliantly secured seven medals, including six gold. This success has certainly encouraged other clubs to prepare even more intensely for the next national championship and future competitions.

Boxers will have the opportunity to showcase their talent and determination in the ring, hoping to win medals and shine a light on Benin in the national and international boxing scene.
