According to the Executive Secretary of the Adjarra Municipality, the shrine where the brawl occurred did not adhere to the rules. He stated on Bip Fm that the implicated shrine didn’t even receive authorization from the Mayor before commencing their activities.
He further explained that even for those who managed to secure authorization, they are obliged to observe a specific timeframe. This timeframe is from 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM. Thus, the Oro cult is exclusively permitted within this time interval in the municipality until September 5th, 2023.
