The police have put an end to a major thug who was spreading terror in Malanville and the surrounding areas. Nicknamed “Beau gars” (Handsome guy), he is accused of leading a criminal network that operates as far as Gaya in Niger.
“Beau gars” has finally been caught in the police net. He has been neutralized by law enforcement for the safety of the populations in the city of Malanville. According to Le Béninois Libéré, he was taken down along with one member of his network.
The network is known for its involvement in robberies and armed thefts between Malanville and Gaya, a Nigerian city on the border with Benin.
