Found dead in her partner’s refrigerator in France, Armale Deodate Armale Aïvohozin will be laid to rest this Friday, August 11, 2023.
The burial will take place at the Akpakpa cemetery in the city of Cotonou. Prayer vigils are scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday to implore the Lord for the repose of her soul. On Friday, the burial ceremony will be preceded by a religious service at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Akpakpa.The circumstances surrounding the death of Armale Aïvohozin are tragic. Reported missing, she was eventually found in her boyfriend’s refrigerator, unfortunately lifeless. According to initial reports, a violent fight had erupted between the couple, as the Beninese woman wanted to break up with her Algerian partner.The case is now before the French justice system. Two suspects, including the victim’s partner, are in custody, awaiting further investigation.
