The president of the Movement of Committed Elites for the Emancipation of Benin party, Jacques Ayadji, has been promoted to a new position following the Council of Ministers meeting on Wednesday, September 13th.
Jacques Ayadji is no longer the Director-General of Infrastructure. Upon the recommendation of his overseeing minister, José Didier Tonato, the former union leader has been promoted to the position of Director of Land and Air Transport.
The appointment took place on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, during the Council of Ministers meeting. This appointment appears to be a promotion as it represents an advancement within the same ministerial department.
