The government is launching the recruitment of 550 healthcare professionals in three areas. Application documents must be submitted online during the period from September 11th to September 25th, 2023, on the platform https://emploisante.gouv.bj/, with the site closing at midnight on the 25th.
The recruitment is part of the implementation of the “Bridging the Gaps” project of the Islamic Development Bank. 550 young healthcare professionals will be recruited, including 100 State Registered Nurses, 100 State Midwives, 150 Nursing Assistants, and 200 General Practitioners.
Interested candidates will have a field internship contract of “02 non-renewable years with a plan for the intern’s exit to facilitate their professional integration or the continuation of their specialized training at the end of the contract.”

Employment Conditions:
- Positions based in hospitals and health centers throughout the country.
- Fixed-term contract for 2 years, non-renewable.

Selection Process: The selection process will consist of two stages:
- Preselection of candidates based on the examination of submitted documents.

Additionally, the diplomas of all admitted candidates will be subject to authenticity verification.
