Gilles Badet is no longer the Secretary General of the Constitutional Court. He was replaced during the Council of Ministers on Wednesday, September 13, 2023.
The Constitutional Court has a new Secretary General. Her name is Madame Sérapie Isabelle A. Aïssi Djonnon Djato.

Appointed on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, during the Council of Ministers, Madame Sérapie Isabelle A. Aïssi Djonnon Djato takes over from Gilles Badet, following a proposal by the President of the institution, Professor Dorothé Sossa. Gilles Badet’s appointment decree was issued on November 25, 2016. He served nearly 7 years in the high institution.
