Professor Dorothé Sossa, President of the Dorothé Sossa Court, who administered the oath, gave her advice: “You have been working in this institution for a long time. You are the head of the Court’s administration in addition to your more intellectual task. You have administrative obligations, and it is never easy to manage the staff. You know this, I have no doubt since you have been Deputy Secretary-General here for six years already. You know almost everyone who has been here for some time. So, what the Court asks of you is to maintain your professionalism, always demonstrate your skills and efficiency. A manager is someone who manages to get everyone to work in harmony, who achieves the set goals,” President Dorothé Sossa said.

He went on to say that both the institution and the entire Beninese people have high hopes for her success, which should also be the success of the Court and the entire institution. “We must achieve the objectives set for us, and never forget that we are closely observed, scrutinized by all Beninese. I refer you to the exercise of your functions,” emphasized the President of the Constitutional Court.
