Fire has struck once again. Several hectares of corn and rice have gone up in smoke in Bembèrèkè.
A devastating fire recently swept through crops in the village of Saoré in Bembèrèkè. According to information broadcasted by Nonsina FM, the tragic event occurred on Wednesday, January 17, 2023, resulting in the destruction of nearly nine hectares of corn that had yet to be harvested, as well as two hectares of rice belonging to a local farmer.
At present, the circumstances leading to this disaster remain unexplained.
