During the night of Sunday, August 6, to Monday, August 7, unidentified armed individuals killed the chief of Kangara village in the Karimama Commune. According to information reported by Le Potentiel, the victims were abducted from their territory before being executed in Sakawan Tedji, a village in the Tombouctou district of the Malanville Commune, as reported by the source.
