02 suspected criminals were taken out of action in the city of Parakou, in the Damagourou Est neighborhood. The incident occurred at the beginning of the week.
An exchange of gunfire between law enforcement officers and armed individuals resulted in the neutralization of 02 suspected criminals. According to Fraternité Fm radio, officers of the Republican Police were on patrol when they came across the suspected criminals who were about to carry out an operation.
The same source reveals that 02 of these individuals were neutralized, while the rest fled.
