The eldest offspring of the renowned A’Salfo has addressed a moving tribute to him following her exemplary academic journey, marked by outstanding success in her examinations.
Rebecca Traoré, the eldest child of Salif Traoré, better known by his stage name A’salfo, the iconic leader of the Ivorian group Magic System, has expressed her gratitude and admiration for her father following the success of her exams. This warm tribute reflects the pride and respect she has for her father, who is an accomplished artist in his own right.
“My father has always been a role model of success in my eyes. His perseverance, his way of tackling trials head-on, and his bravery in the face of any difficulties he encountered are values that have truly been imparted to me since I was little. This has also always motivated me to want to excel in order to hopefully reach his level one day. This journey in international business that I started 6 years ago and that have now ended beautifully with this diploma, is also a way for me to ensure his legacy,” wrote Rebecca.
She continued by promising to make her father proud. “It is also about making my father proud as he makes me proud of him every day. Of course, the graduation ceremony at HEC was full of emotions.
We both witnessed each other’s daily battles throughout these years of study, so it’s really a pride that is more than mutual and will surely continue to grow over the years.“
