On Wednesday, February 14, 2024, Apoutchou National made a notable appearance on the show “Willy à Midi,” addressing the conflict that pits him against Père Daloa and the notable Malian Roi 12 12.
Since the day before, a viral video has been circulating on the internet, showing Père Daloa reproaching Roi 12 12 for not having kept certain promises. This situation led Père Daloa to distance himself from the Malian influencer’s circle of friends. Among the complaints expressed by Père Daloa are two taxis that were supposed to be given to him and the lack of support from Roi 12 12 during a period of illness.
The recent statements by Père Daloa have triggered numerous reactions among Ivorian celebrities. Following this, the blogger and singer Apoutchou National went live on his Facebook page, which led to an invitation to the “Willy à Midi” broadcast on Life TV on Wednesday, February 14, 2024.
During his appearance on Life TV, he revisited the taxi issue. “He (Père Daloa) says he needs two taxis. I inform the King, he says ok. And because I also have contacts with a VTC company, I go there to get information. I go to the taxi company owner’s office, who informs me that he sells two taxis for 14,000,000 FCFA. After discussion, he decides to let the taxis go for 13,000,000 FCFA. I inform Roi 12 12 who tells me that he personally can only put up 12 million. That’s all he can give; for the remaining million, Daloa will have to manage,” he emphasizes.
He continued by adding: “So, I go back to the taxi company owner to find a way to cover the remaining million. He explains that a taxi should bring in 600,000 per month to Père Daloa, so to amortize the 1 million, we’ll deduct 50,000 from the 600,000 until the balance is settled. Père Daloa says that he’s not satisfied with this method and that if the king wants to help, he should do it properly. If he doesn’t want to send the full 14 million, he might as well not bother.“
Furthermore, the son of actress Bleu Brigitte mentioned during the interview that Roi 12 12 has supported many people, including artists, influencers, and media professionals, often without knowing them personally. To conclude, he opined that Père Daloa’s remarks were particularly out of line. “It’s dishonest of Père Daloa to slander him in this way,” concluded Apoutchou National.
