On Monday, a young man identified as Benjamin Best, also known as Killaboigram, took to social media to confess to the murder of his girlfriend, Nigerian influencer Austa XXO, during a dispute.
Through information shared on social media, Instagram influencer Onuwabhagbe, better known as Austa Xxo, had been missing for days until her mother discovered her lifeless body in the apartment of the young millionaire in Lagos.
Killaboigram, who is still at large, wrote a confession on social media, stating that he tragically committed the crime. He shared that they had an argument and in the process, he stabbed his girlfriend. According to him, he fled out of fear and wishes he could go back and undo what he had done.
He then stated that since he stabbed his girlfriend, he has been suicidal and from the beginning, he had been contemplating how to break the news to Augusta’s family. For a while, he said he had been having suicidal thoughts since that fateful day when he lost the person he loved and cherished the most in the world.
Finally, Killaboigram declared that he would also turn himself in as he would accept whatever fate the law brings, including death, to compensate the said family. He noted that he acknowledges that he has ruined his life at the age of 26 because he had everything he wanted, and now he will end up losing everything because of what he has done. “I want to have the intention of ending my life now because I have lost the one I cherished so much. I want to do what is right and turn myself in. I will gladly die by paying with my life now,” he wrote.
