Now I can speak. I followed the Mendy case from start to finish, not just the biased summaries from Le Monde and the mainstream media. I followed the updates on the Manchester Evening Post. Live. I’ll explain later why this case fascinated me.

But first a small note: THE MEDIA ARE SOULLESS ORGANISMS THIRSTY FOR BLOOD. For them, the truth or presumption of innocence doesn’t matter. They seek scandal. They aim to shock and sell, even if it ruins lives along the way.

The Mendy case fascinated me for the same reason that the trial of Tariq Ramadan fascinates me, or the Depp vs Heard case fascinated me. Because these types of trials establish the foundations of the new world we are entering.

At the core, I don’t have much sympathy for Mendy. I believe that with great power comes great responsibility. Those who have means should prioritize self-protection more than those who don’t. The target on their back is bigger. Mendy is now paying for his recklessness. I won’t say he deserves it.

But one of the arguments used to charge him the most is ironically one of the reasons that made me think he might not be guilty. Everywhere I read: if so many women accuse him, he must be guilty. As if the number of accusers is an indicator of truth. Many people can lie about someone, but the media doesn’t want us to remember that. They need to sell.

The guy spent several months in prison. His career has been destroyed. He could have negotiated a settlement, but he insisted on clearing his name. I commend him for that. When he pleaded not guilty, I thought he must be confident. And the outcome proved it.

What can we take away from the Mendy case? A glimpse into the sordid side of the football world? Meh. Mendy is a young, rich, and famous guy. There will always be women interested in that profile, and he will always have ease in that area.

For me, the most important thing lies elsewhere. Cases like Johnny Depp’s, Tariq’s, or Mendy’s remind us of one thing: WOMEN ARE NOT FRAGILE LITTLE THINGS. THEY ARE NOT VICTIMS. They can lie, cheat, plot, assault, and seek destruction: EXACTLY LIKE MEN. Even worse. Asa Agento, a prominent figure of #MeToo, was accused of rape by a young man. And her defense is… shaky, to say the least.

Since women have exactly the same vices as men and are capable of the same depravities, I think we should be cautious. I know feminists and the entire anti-patriarchy army want us to believe that men are the sole problem: BUT THAT’S FALSE. And every time the mask falls, we try to ostracize those who reveal the human face of the female gender. What about women like Agento or Amber Heard?

But why not admit that women are also capable of lying and treat their accusations with caution? Why is it that whenever a woman accuses, the designated man is automatically presumed guilty of rape, harassment, or assault?

Why not acknowledge that human sexuality is a complex and multifaceted reality? Sure, the media would sell less, but we would avoid many strange cases.

Today, in the Ramadan case, the judges in France want to indict him based on what they define as “moral coercion.” In essence, they want to redefine the law just to be able to condemn a man. I don’t like Tariq. I hate hypocrites. But I also believe that people should take responsibility for their actions. If you make advances towards a man and end up in his hotel room, at some point you must realize it’s not for a card game. Actions always involve the notion of responsibility, and I value women too much to exempt them from it.

We are heading towards a world where every woman becomes a sort of Fouquet-Tinville. The notion of consensual relationships will become so blurred that it will be more complicated for a man to flirt with a woman than with another man. And I say it loud and clear, I have the impression that this is the agenda.

Cases like Benjamin Mendy’s or Johnny Depp’s don’t serve justice or the cause of women. They only contribute to radicalizing people. And following the woke wave, an even greater ultra-conservative backlash will come.

In the meantime, men of a certain level must now understand that they have become prey. This world is falling apart.
