In an interview given on YouTube at the end of June to Casimiro Miguel, a Brazilian journalist and influencer, Neymar announced that he would be playing for PSG next season. The Brazilian also shared his thoughts on the MNM and his future with the national team.

Neymar is no longer in great favor at Paris Saint-Germain. In addition to his numerous injuries, the Brazilian is constantly criticized for his off-field antics. According to French media, the player has even been placed on the transfer list this summer by the club’s management. However, Neymar has no intention of leaving the French capital, as he explained in an interview given on YouTube at the end of June to Casimiro Miguel.

“I hope to play for PSG this season. I have a contract with Paris Saint-Germain and so far no one has told me anything,” he assured, as reported by Footmercato. He then addressed his difficulties with the Parisian supporters, who have protested several times outside the striker’s residence urging him to leave the club. “Even if there is no love between the fans and the players, I will be there. With love or without love, but with Neymar,” he declared.

Furthermore, Neymar was asked about the magical trio that he formed with Mbappé and Messi, which was disbanded this summer with Messi’s departure. He defended the MNM: “The Galacticos didn’t win the Champions League… We had a very strong team. Me, Messi, and Mbappé are three guys who are the best in the world, we know it, but it didn’t work out, it wasn’t good for us. Of course, we wanted to win everything, but sometimes football is not fair, it’s not just.”

His recent injury and future with the national team Speaking candidly about his relationship with PSG and its fans, Neymar then discussed his recent physical setback: “It’s a troublesome injury, it’s very uncomfortable. The process has been very painful and it’s very difficult, but I’m looking to come back well… Obviously, winning is always part of the goals, but I want to play well again, that’s the first thing.”

Finally, Neymar talked about his future with the Brazilian national team and made some important revelations. “After the World Cup, I didn’t want to continue, not because of the pain of losing, but to prevent my family from suffering. It weighs heavily. But they will have to endure it again. I have thought about it because I have a strong desire to win the World Cup.” The forward has no plans to stop wearing the jersey of his country.
