During the 4th edition of the International Forum on Social, Affordable, and Upscale Housing (FILOSES) 2023 held in Abidjan-Plateau on Monday, July 17, 2023, the Ivory Coast Housing Bank (BHCI) was honored for its commitment to housing finance in Ivory Coast.
The National Chamber of Accredited Promoters and Builders of CI (CNPCCI), led by its president Siriki Sangaré and some members of the umbrella organization, presented this distinction to AB Communication, led by Amos Beonaho.
Furthermore, this recognition acknowledges the bank’s actions in promoting housing in Ivory Coast through its financing, including developer loans granted to real estate actors and buyer loans provided to users, making the bank a reference institution in the country. Siriki Sangaré stated, “This esteemed bank has committed itself to making flexible and profitable real estate credit a reality for countless men and women in Ivory Coast, as well as for construction and real estate developers.” He expressed his hope that BHCI would continue its commitment to housing stakeholders in Ivory Coast.
Moreover, he encouraged the bank and invited it to advance the well-being of real estate actors in Ivory Coast, as well as all individuals desiring to benefit from their financial support in terms of buyer and developer loans. Eliane Yacé, the CEO of BHCI, expressed her honor alongside the entire management committee for the distinction bestowed upon their bank on this day. She affirmed that this recognition is evidence of the true value placed on their actions by the real estate actors they represent and the Ivorian citizens.
She congratulated the bank’s team, including the management committee and all staff, for their efforts in continuing to provide housing finance in Ivory Coast. It should be noted that BHCI’s main mission is to finance real estate in Ivory Coast, and they are committed to making flexible and profitable real estate credit a reality for countless men and women, as well as construction and real estate developers.
